Improve the sound of your turbo while adding some additional power at the same time. The S&B Cold Air High Flow Intake for 2013-2018 Dodge Ram Cummins 6.7L was engineered to minimize air restriction and flows 51.60% better than stock. This kit comes with a fully enclosed airbox that protects the filter from dirt and keeps out engine heat. This kit also comes with a replaceable dry filter which we prefer over the reusable oil filter because it offers better filtration while still providing improved airflow. It also eliminates the risk of getting filter oil onto your MAF and other intake sensors.

Important: This kit will reuse the factory swing gate motor from the factory airbox.

Description

Air Filter

This kit comes with a massive, highly-efficient air filter which results in better performance and protects your engine.
The fully rounded inlet radius provides for a smooth transition of air into the filter while allowing for a larger filter with more surface area. The result is better airflow and filtration.

Swing Gate Design

Our swing gate functions the same as the stock air box, only better. Unlike stock which uses only one inlet at a time, our kit gives you the option of massive dual inlet airflow. Simply remove the dam from the gate arm and re-attach when desired or to protect against harsh weather. Note: The game arm remains active even with the dam removed. This will prevent you from getting an Active Air Box code when both inlets are open.

In extreme heat, high loads, or high altitudes S&B’s swing gate pivots when your truck accelerates to full throttle, opening the ram-air duct mounted behind the grille which releases cooler and less restrictive air to your engine.

Our intake uses the same motor that drives Ram-Air to activate our swing gate, giving you all the benefits of the stock system, plus much more. Draws air from the wheelwell inlet under normal driving conditions or inclement weather conditions (ice, snow, rain) to protect against the elements.
